I don't know about you but I tried the chargeback services that you suggest here and it went well. I had been scammed out of € 7.000 and was able to get almost all of it back. It was a big surprise, mychargeback does work.

I do not doubt that they pay the returns they offer in a timely manner, I have already read several testimonials on different pages and they all agree. The problem I see is when withdrawing your money because I have not read a single comment that says that at the end of the year they withdrew their money and they returned it in full.
On the other hand, your contract is a commercial loan. It would be the same if I ask you for your money, I "sign" you that I pay it in a year and month after month I give you 2% interest. Would they give it to me?
Well, like me, Wortev does not have more regulation or support. They only have a web page that, as they mentioned above, one day without more or more can disappear. And what would you do as lenders? Exactly the same as they would do to me if the money had been given to me.
They would have to resort to legal means, in an ordinary commercial lawsuit for the payment of pesos, which does not have any guarantee of collection and which would be filed against the company (once they have all the data and if they do not flee the country).
I don't doubt they give you 24% of your money per year, but they can easily run away with the other 76%
For the fear that one day their website will disappear, I would not invest with them.
