   In September 2019 I invested money in General Tradecc through a card, the account manager was Luna Vázquez, the phones used are first a landline 91 039 623 and then through WhatsApp +357 95 792450, after seeing the high profitability and seeing that I received notifications by sms from the card company of having authorized a purchase for € 17.522,48, which I had not authorized and before investing more money and to check if the return or withdrawal of the money was as they said, In the month of October 2019, I requested the return on the web and by phone, they told me that in 15 days they would return it to the account, although they would charge a significant commission for the withdrawal, even so, I insisted on the return, the months passed and After several claims, they still did not enter the money, they called me again in February 2020 from a phone. In London to ask me if I wanted to continue investing, I said no, I wanted the return, they told me that in 15 days they would make it, because until today nothing at all.
   I have tried to claim the money through your page and following the instructions on several occasions, but I have not gotten the refund.
   Today the website has been modified and I can no longer log into my account to see where the money is.
   Since then they have not stopped calling me to invest in APCOFX (+31 6 27615771), they also call me from Calabria-Italy (+39 0964 410278), Campania-Italy (+39 081 8231989), Torino-Piedmont-Italy (+39 011 8903799), Loreto-Marca-Italia (+39 071 7591327) and other countries in America, I suppose they have something to do with GENERAL TRADE because they tell me that they can help me get the money back and of course I don't trust them and I don't even take them already the phone.
   I see the claim very complicated as its activity is not regulated, but I think it is interesting to comment on my case also for the knowledge of those affected.
