When you request a money withdrawal they send you an e-mail requesting a photocopy of your credit card, and even though they already have it from the beginning, they go into a loop.
They have a chat on their page. When you request to chat they ask you what you want, when you indicate it they answer that they happen to you with the right person. I had the chat open for 24 hours and no one answered.
You can also communicate with them through WahtsApp and when you write that you want to talk to them they reply that at the moment there is no one available, they will notify you as soon as they have someone. Weeks go by with no response.
When you express your discomfort about the inattention, they respond that they pass your request to the appropriate department. Unanswered.
As I began to report them and I informed him of it through WahtsApp, I managed to get them to call me to try to convince me to continue working with them and to invest more. As I told them they have not stopped answering me.
And my money is still with them, I see it but I can't touch it.
