Hello Gustavo. The broker they call SmartCoin FX is a SCAM. The Financial Conduct Authority (UK regulator) has once again reported SmartCoin FX for criminal activities (see FCA link), having already done it once. It is not recommended to invest in an UNREGULATED broker. If customers request a withdrawal, they do not make it.
