✔️ The broker mentions being part of: FXNET Limited. Update September 2019: Now they mention being part of Turbo Trading Ltd
✔️ Where is it based? SimpleTrades is based on: It is curious, in the footer it mentions being based in Cyprus, in the contact section it mentions the United States, and in another contact section of its home page they mention being based in Croatia, so it is really confusing and there is no very clear.
✔️Is it a regulated broker? If we talk about regulation, SimpleTrades broker mentions being regulated by CySEC (Cyprus regulator), although if we look for the regulation number (No. 182/12) we notice that it is from another company, and not SimpleTrades, we believe that everything indicates that it is a unregulated broker.
❌ Actual location of company offices? We don't know yet, we appreciate someone (brave) giving us this information.
❌ Names of the actual owners? Still unknown, we appreciate any information.
We will continue to analyze the different account types that SimpleTrades offers. In the case of SimpleTrades we noticed that they really do not provide almost any information about having different types of account.
