I absolutely discourage the use of this platform.
How much my experience. I was short FOREX on the EURTRY pair. On January 2, the price had a strong upward movement, which ended the guarantees of my account, so at 23:00 p.m. (Spanish time) the positions were automatically closed. So far everything is correct, as it is regulated in the conditions of the platform. The problem was the price at which the closing was made, specifically at a value of 6,72. That day, the fluctuation range of the EURTRY pair was 6,09 - 6,39 on all FOREX platforms, and if you check the charts of Saxobank's own platform, the value did not exceed 6,40. How is it possible that my position will be closed at 6,72? Who has been left with that price margin? This represents very important losses for the investor.
I have submitted the corresponding claim to Saxobank and the answer has been that the closing is well done, that that day the operation of the market was erratic. ?
Everyone who draws their own conclusions, I personally do not recommend this platform at all.

I regret not coinciding, I have a CFD account with this Broker through selfbank and I am sure that quotes are cheated, I have opened more than 20 operations in the same day on the Nasdaq index and if I make a purchase at a time clearly bullish, it became bearish and when I jumped the stop it became bullish again, the same thing happened to me when I was bearish… statistically with 20 operations this coincidence is impossible, I am a computer engineer and it is almost certain that there is an algorithm.
