I was unlucky enough to trust this company, they took everything from me, they stole almost all my savings. But I got here and they transferred me to Mychargeback. They will always tell you that you are going to receive your money but it is not true. They will ask you until you get tired and give up losing everything. I believe I am one of the last to be scammed by these so-called scam criminals. To begin with, the novifx .com platform is no longer operational for about a week or maybe a little longer. Now to log in you have to do it again through traderplatinum .com and I say again because for those who do not know, they are the same.
They contacted me by phone in July of this year. I don't remember the name but I can say that the accent was South American. Anyway I have the conversations recorded (ALL). Finally and at the insistence and since I was already interested in trading on the stock market, I decided to open an account with Traderplatinum for $ 250 to verify the veracity of what was offered to me. Very soon the gains began to be noticeable. At that time, I was contacted by the famous Alicia Pérez who introduced herself as the one who would be my advisor and but I suppose that due to other problems she might have decided to withdraw from circulation.
Soon after, he contacted a certain Isabel Morales with a Russian or similar accent. There began the siege and my doom. Earnings continued to rise and the request to increase capital contributions did not stop happening. As an argument, he used that the stronger the account, the more the benefits would be, since the lots to open positions would be higher (obviously). And from the month of August there was a string of transfers to various accounts in different Eastern countries and a different beneficiary. I detail them below:

- Beneficiary: TOPAZ MANAGEMENT SRL (Lithuania). Banking Entity: PAYSERA LT UAB

The problem started when I requested the first withdrawal. Apparently without problems and they proceeded to do it. But the payments began for countless items. You have to pay a commission that the bank charges, now you have to pay the corresponding taxes, now what the intermediary bank takes, the taxes that the Treasury charges in Spain in the form of withholding and it seems that yes, everything is in order and in 24 hours I will receive my withdrawal. Well no, one more payment was missing and that's when I realized that I would never receive a euro or a dollar.
I have several documents that they sent me for sure, all false, the emails, the WhatsApp, the phone numbers and including the WhatsApp conversations although this does not seem to alter them too much.
From England I was called by a certain Richard Szabo who claimed to be the vice-president of the board of directors, director of corporate banking and of the department of investments and statements of SBERNAK (Russian bank). Tlf: +44 20 3966 2938 and apparently the person who sends the requested withdrawals, those funds that never reach us, of course.
