Hi Antonio, this broker called MottoFX is a SCAM, the CNMV, Spain's financial regulator, has reported MottoFX for fraudulent activities, it is not advisable to invest money in a NON-REGULATED broker.
Many customers have commented that they have not been able to WITHDRAW THEIR FUNDS.
ALL positive comments from this broker are FALSEThey are made by their own workers to confuse investors.

I also invested something because they said that they were the ones who moved the money, unlike other operators who leave it to you without having a clue. There was a time when the account was growing and suddenly they stopped operating, they called me again to convince me to put in more money since that way they could work better but they didn't convince me, something told me that things were not going well.
I don't know if you got your money back, in my case not, I tried to withdraw the money because I stopped trusting them because of the way they operate, they sent me an email rejecting the withdrawal. When I enter the page today it turns out that they have made operations and have left the account with 75 euros. I have screenshots of the operations and what appears today in my account, it seems that they have reset the rest of the operations but I have screenshots of them. With everything I have I will go to the police today.
Be careful, they are scammers, scammers, scammers.

I have opened an account with them for 205 euros, but since I did not trust them I requested a refund of the money, they have asked me for all kinds of documentation, such as a photo of the two-sided ID, a photo of the card with which I made the deposit, covering the middle numbers the two sides, I don't understand why the reverse side, water or electricity bill and an electronic signature, because with all that they give me all kinds of problems for the return that if the last numbers are not seen well of the card, what if the bill is not worth it, and all that every day the manager calls from England, beating me up to invest more, and when I tell him that I only want the money back, he gets angry and hangs up on me and I don't know whether to enter my account number so they can return MY money, thank you for helping me.

Do you have any other information about the broker (such as emails, names of advisors, telephone numbers)? Relevant data or information about your experience with them. If you haven't deposited in a long time you can contact your bank as well. Since providing so much sensitive data to an unregulated broker does not seem like a good idea to us.
