My name is Alejandro, I have been trading at iq option for a year. I have had many problems, especially to withdraw, it has happened to me with two banks in the same iq account. Currently I have a delayed withdrawal case, in support they tell me that the money has already been sent (2000 us) but after a month and a half the capital still has not arrived. The same thing had happened to me before, the funds arrived after two months of waiting. There have also been unjustified charges (300 us) that neither my bank nor the broker are responsible for.
