Hello, I have been operating with Iforex for more than a year but today something very strange happened to me and I do not know how to make a claim outside that page
It turns out that I was online watching my operations and when my equity was going down I made an additional deposit but even so my operations were closed so checking in the operations log the closing of operations appears at 10:08:25 and my deposit also appears at 10:08:25. Check with my broker and he tells me that for a matter of "microseconds" my trades were closed first ... what can I do in this case? Is there really that of microseconds or fractions of a second for them to legally take away my operations? obviously after that (like in 30 min) those operations that had a loss would have recovered and would have even made a profit

iForex is a totally reliable broker. He is a DD but his practices are legal, clients do not deceive by singing positions against the market, the only thing I can say against him is that there is some account manager there in Cyprus in southern Spain who does not have much tact with clients . I have been operating with them for 3 years and while they had an office in Andorra the treatment was excellent. Now in Cyprus it seems to me that the manager is not up to the task.
