I tried the chargeback services that they suggest here and it worked for me, they are not scammers as I thought. The process can take a long time but if you act quickly it is better. I was scammed out of € 14.750 and was able to recover almost all of them.

Hello Jesus, several users have complained about people who leave emails and phones to supposedly help them and then they are just another hoax, they want to take them to another broker, they tell them that they will get their money back or they want to take them to lawyers who do magic and they get the money back quickly and we don't want that to happen again. We are happy to help all those interested in knowing more about each broker and in uncovering the lies, but we want to do it openly and here we leave your space for you to do the same, tell the world which brokers are serious and which brokers are a FARSA and deceive investors.

I agree with you, we are a group of people who have been scammed by hubtrader quite large amounts of money. To me personally € 13.
What I want is for everyone to report to the national police, that they are not ashamed to do so, that the more of us the better, the more measures will be taken.
And besides, they can be sued, but I'm just not going to sue them because I don't even want to lose more money on this so that later the judge will agree with them. I wanted to get in touch with more affected people to support each other. I don't want anyone's money and much less cheat anyone like these damn h… de p… have done.
The police recommended that to me, that the more complaints and the more affected, the greater the money cheated and the greater the penalties. It is not the same to sue for cheating € 13 than to add all those affected and sue with € 200.

Hello Jesus, there are affected in several countries not only in Spain and if you want to put data of your complaint so that people can join from any city in Spain it seems perfect, you have to discover where the real offices of these scammers are located, know the Names of the companies from where the sales representatives are calling, in what city, what the owners / bosses are called and from this forum we encourage anyone who can provide information about this SCAM to help us uncover those who are committing these FRAUD to thousands of investors who have left their savings in the hands of these unscrupulous people.
