The broker mentions on its website that it is regulated by the VFSC (Vanuatu Financial Services Commission), Vanuatu's financial services regulator, but when looking for the broker in the index of the VFSC website we were unable to find it, so we believe that It is an UNREGULATED broker.

Media GC LTD claims to be regulated by the FSA (http://www.fsa.gov.uk/). That from the outset is suspicious because the FSA as such is no longer responsible for that type of regulation, if not the FCA. In this FCA link you can check that Media GC LTD is not registered to operate in the UK (https://register.fca.org.uk/). Anyway, as I did before, I will consult directly with the FCA. The FSA (now FCA) regulates within the UK and these individuals from Media GC LTD claim to be regulated by the FSA (which I already say is suspicious) with a Caribbean address. When they answer me from the FCA I will put their answer here.
