The Forex Time broker (popularly known as FXTM) is a forex broker in operation since 2012. The broker is based in Cyprus y It is regulated by the CySEC, and also by the IFSC of Belize. The broker has offices in addition to Cyprus, in places like London, and in Nigeria.
We will start by analyzing the different types of account that the broker offers to its clients. The broker offers, two types of account, standard type accounts, and ECN type accounts (These are the accounts where brokers show the prices of currency pairs as they are received from their liquidity providers). Within the Standard Type accounts, we find 3 types of account, the first account is the Standard Account: leverage up to 1: 500, minimum deposit is $ 100, spread from 1.3, lot grade 0.01, maximum volume per trade of 30, maximum number of orders of 100. This is followed by the Cent Account (to trade with cents, the balance will always be in cents): leverage up to 1: 500, minimum deposit is $ 5, spread from 1.5, lot grade 0.01, maximum volume per trade of 1, maximum number of 300 orders. The last account of the standard type is the Stock Account (to operate exclusively with CFDs): leverage → fixed margin 3% - 10% depending on the symbol, the minimum deposit is $ 100, spread from 0,1, degree of lot 0.01, maximum volume per operation of 10, maximum number of orders of 100.
Moving on to ECN accounts, the broker offers 5 types of account: ECN Zero Account, ECN Account, Strategy Account, ECN MT5 Account, and FXTM Pro Account. ECN Zero Account: minimum deposit of $ 200, no commission, leverage of up to 1: 500, hedging and scalping allowed and swap-free available. ECN account: minimum deposit of $ 500, spreads from 0,1, leverage up to 1: 500, hedging and scalping allowed, swap free available. Strategy account: minimum deposit of $ 100, dedicated account, floating leverage of up to 1: 500, execution without re-quotes. ECN MT5 account - $ 400 minimum deposit, small variable spreads, up to 1: 500 leverage, execution without re-quotes. FXTM Pro account: minimum deposit of $ 25.000, spreads from 0 points, leverage up to 1: 200, execution without re-quotes, no SWAP available.
Platforms offered by the broker are the following: MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5.
