In the list of fraudulent brokers please include FINQ. This company was recommended by Trader.com since they no longer work with Latinos. At first it worked well, I received constant and positive advice, with profits, without even having made the first deposit. We were on trial. Then, when I decide to make my first deposit, the least they accept, the advice disappeared. The advisor even told me that he was no longer working at FINQ. I continued to trade on my own until there was no balance left. I always assumed that they did not continue to advise me because I did not deposit a significant amount.
Some years passed, I decide this year 2020 to make an important deposit to receive the advice that they gave me before. I decide to open a SILVER account. To my surprise, several days passed and I did not receive any advice, even though the account type has a dedicated advisor. I made several claims. Finally an advisor contacts me. The first days of advising were positive, with his live advising, my account started to make profits daily. He encouraged me to invest more and I replied that "little by little, we are doing well, we must be confident." Then the advisor started insisting that I make another deposit for a $ 5000 "bonus". I answered him, cordially and repeatedly, that we are going to continue as we are, as the balance continues to grow, we will analyze the possibility of receiving such a "bonus", that we should continue with the good relationship and trust. Yet he insisted over and over again. One fine day, he made me open a loss operation, then there was no way for him to answer and respond to what was happening. In about 10 minutes, I lost 90% of the principal + almost all the profit. The 10% that remained was thanks to an operation that I had done on my own and that was generating profits.
On withdrawal: Demoralized, only the remaining 10% remained to be withdrawn. However, it took like 8 days to get it back to me.
On the broker's commissions: At first they were reasonable. Then, they began to increase until they became very expensive. With shares, just for entering the operation they charge $ 10 in advance, something absurd.
Conclusion: Do not invest in this broker, FINQ at all. Of the worst. It is not transparent. It gives a terrible service and advice. At first they make you earn money and then they make you lose all the capital. They don't reply to messages. Their commissions are very high. There are much better brokers.
