Hello Yair6543, the broker they call Direct Energy is a SCAM, the FCA (UK Financial Regulator) has sued Direct Energy for Criminal activities (See FCA link), it is not recommended to invest in a broker WITHOUT REGULATION. If customers request a withdrawal, they do not make it.
