DBFXtrader, is a subsidiary company of Belinght CapitAL Group. It is a company A Regulated in the Cypriot stock regulator Cysec registration number 364/18 and therefore can be claimed.
The reason for claiming is as follows.

2º The investor is considered a consumer and therefore the Spanish courts are competent to judge them.
