It's all a SCAM, you don't get the money back and they disappear as soon as you try. I made the minimum investment €250, and they harassed me to invest more, by refusing to do so, the advisor changed, and a new one tried to convince me to make a new income. When I requested the refund 6 months ago they gave me the long haul and ht today. At the end of January I received a call saying that they would make the deposit in a few days... but that deposit was not made. Now my account has disappeared or the page and by phone or mail they do not respond.
So what I said, a SCAM.
Hello Martin, unfortunately they always act the same, this broker called CentoGX is a SCAM, the CNMV (Spanish Financial Regulator) has denounced CentoGX for fraudulent activities (See CNMV link), it is not advisable to invest money in a NON-REGULATED broker. It's a SCAM and does not return money to its customers.
ALL positive comments from this broker are FALSE, they are made by their own workers to confuse investors, flood social networks with positive messages about them and it's all FALSE! and when customers ask them about our reviews they say we are from the competition, also FALSE !.
If they force you to pay some type of tax, legalization or something similar, do not even think about doing it, that indicates that they are a fraud since those taxes don't existThey ask for it so they can steal more money from you.
