Hello Ignacio, try to get your money back, this broker called CapitalEU is a SCAM, many clients have reported CapitalEU for fraudulent activities, it is not advisable to invest money in a NON-REGULATED broker (or with very low quality regulation) and that DOES NOT RETURN MONEY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
