At first there was collaboration and some trust. Then after 2 months they changed and changed their licensed "advisor", because those who speak are Mexicans. (A group of thieves).
I invested a significant amount. They request and insist that you invest more. I have been requesting the return of my invested money and it has not been possible. In April I was contacted by the supposed investment fund of Best Investor FX, I started the process with a person named Oscar Mondragón who contacted me at the telephone number 5633417337, who said he was an advisor to the MT5 platform, he explained to me that the minimum investment was 200 dollars and if I operated the account I would do it with the help of an advisor and they would only charge me 10% of the profits and if they handled my account they would charge me 15%, later he transferred me to another person who said his name was Gerardo Torres with a number phone number 5545199382 and he gave me precise instructions to make the deposit with whom I decided to open an account, I made the deposit for 200 dollars which was made in two installments, the first for one dollar ($ 21.00 pesos) to make sure that if they saw reflected in the account as they argue and how I confirm my available balance at that time, I deposited the rest ($ 4,079.00 pesos).
The next day a woman who says her name is Paulina Campos and is from the MT5 platform, phone number 5627920185 and said to be from the validation area, contacts me and asks me for my personal documents: INE and a selfie showing my identification and a sheet with my name and the date of April 27 of the current year. She sent me the signed PDF contract for me to put my signature in the space for the investor.
The same day, a little later, a person who said his name was Dicarlo Montenegro contacted me with a telephone number of 5627935333, who said that he would be my advisor, that he would guide me and teach me how to make the investments, for which we would start with currency trading. The next day he called me and began to explain the types of markets and how it works, so we worked for a few days. Then he offered me portfolios with larger investment amounts, from $3000 with no investment limit.
I did not agree since I did not see the panorama clearly, since in the interim they changed our platform from MT4 to MT5 with another software name, called SADAFoftware-LiveLiquidity1 and when I asked for more information about the company, it took time to give it to me and gave me a different name now they were no longer Best Investor FX, now they are called Horizon FX Pro. Faced with this situation I began to request money withdrawals and I have been requesting them for a week and they only tell me that they do not have time and they can only do them through Bitso.
